We had a great stay at this hotel! Best aspects were the cleanliness, location just in front of the train station, and wonderful breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though they had limited English skills. Parking and hotel facilities were also excellent.
Worst aspects? Everything was spot on.

The location was great as it was close to public transportation and the local attractions. The breakfast provided a good variety of tasty options to try. the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service to nearby locations, which was a nice touch.
Our stay was over New Year's and there were loud celebrations happening throughout the hotel late into the night. It made it very difficult to sleep and was quite annoying.

The hotel's location was super convenient, just next to the bullet train station. It was great to have basic amenities in the room, and we loved being able to choose the extras available in front of the concierge desk. the room also had a humidifier and air purifier which we found really useful.
The WiFi was slow in the evening when everyone was using it, which was frustrating. the walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors leaving their room in the morning which was disruptive.

The hotel is so close to the train station that you can easily walk there. It's also convenient if you plan to visit some nearby attractions, such as the Arasaki Crane Reservation.
The hotel doesn't have many dining options nearby.
